Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Perform field maintenance (planting, weeding, irrigation)
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following EPA guidelines
- Inspect crops for quality and disease
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications

- Ability to perform manual labor in extreme weather conditions
