Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field cleanliness and safety protocols
- Perform crop monitoring and pest control duties
- Assist in greenhouse and nursery operations when needed
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and workplace safety guidelines
- Participate in team training and equipment maintenance sessions
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural or farm experience
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts in outdoor weather conditions
