Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops using modern farming equipment
- Operate tractors, irrigation systems, and harvesting machinery safely
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety protocols
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packing operations
- Monitor crop health and report maintenance needs promptly
- Participate in team-based farming activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa certification or eligibility to obtain
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic machinery operation experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Ability to follow detailed instructions in English/Spanish
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous agricultural experience advantageous
