Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest premium crops including tomatoes, peppers, and melons
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management techniques
- Follow strict food safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist with packing and processing operations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and crop progress
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all workplace regulations
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program with valid passport
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices and equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and overtime
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous farm experience highly valued but not required
