Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, corn)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Perform field maintenance including weed control and pest management
- Monitor crop health and report growth irregularities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Work in all weather conditions with seasonal temperature extremes
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (foreign worker certification)
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
