Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, planters, and harvesters
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops per specifications
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist with greenhouse operations and irrigation systems
- Participate in crop quality control and sorting
- Follow all H2A program regulations and employer guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior farm experience
- Ability to work 45-50 hours weekly in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to worksite
