Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including corn, soybeans, and tobacco
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, cultivators, and harvesting equipment
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs
- Work in various weather conditions including heat and humidity
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work 6-8 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week
- Basic English communication skills
- Agricultural experience preferred but not required
