Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable candidates to assist in various stages of crop production and harvesting. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Inspect crops for quality, color, and maturity, and sort produce according to strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with harvested materials.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from farm supervisors and team leads.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess a valid US work authorization.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and in extreme heat or rain.
- Basic English proficiency required for safety training and communication.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
