Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, etc.)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest management
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient field operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of prior farm experience
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for manual labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work 40-60 hours weekly
