Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops using sustainable methods
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through monitoring and pest management
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Assist in greenhouse operations and hydroponic systems
- Participate in harvest processing and packing

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions

- Ability to work independently and in teams
