Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits)
- Operate farm equipment including tractors and irrigation systems
- Sort, pack, and load produce according to quality standards
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper crop handling protocols
- Adhere to all OSHA and farm safety regulations
- Assist with planting and field maintenance tasks
- Participate in team-based harvest operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 1 year prior farm/field experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including weekends and early mornings
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather
- Willingness to relocate to Santa Ana area
