Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops following safety protocols
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and grading procedures
- Monitor field conditions and report irrigation/pest issues
- Adhere to all H2A program requirements and labor regulations
- Participate in team-based farming operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year documented agricultural experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license and equipment operation experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
