Responsibilities
- Perform general farm labor including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
- Assist in the packing, sorting, and grading of produce to ensure quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols on the farm.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including irrigation and field maintenance.
- Work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Physically able to perform strenuous outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A visa sponsorship may be available).
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
