Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) under supervision
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, grains)
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/fertilization needs
- Maintain farm equipment and work areas per safety standards
- Participate in H2A compliance documentation and inspections
- Collaborate with crew leads for daily task coordination

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Basic English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50+ lbs)
