Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including harvesting, picking, and packing fresh produce.
- Operate agricultural machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and farm regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work in various weather conditions and physical environments typical of outdoor farming.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders preferred).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and standing.
- Basic proficiency in English is required for safety instructions and communication.
- Willingness to participate in our paid training program before starting full shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
