Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, and ornamentals)
- Operate farm machinery and equipment under supervision
- Perform crop maintenance tasks including pruning, thinning, and pest management
- Sort, pack, and grade produce according to quality standards
- Maintain farm cleanliness and sanitation protocols
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours, lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to farm location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
