Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops including fruits, vegetables, and grains
- Operate and maintain agricultural equipment (tractors, harvesters)
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain field cleanliness and safety standards
- Adhere to all USDA and OSHA regulations
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical stamina for manual labor and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
