Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including corn, soybeans, and tomatoes
- Operate basic farm machinery under supervision (tractors, harvesters)
- Maintain farm cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring and maintenance
- Sort and pack produce according to quality specifications
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic ability to follow instructions in English or Spanish
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- No prior agricultural experience required
- Ability to work 6-8 hour shifts with scheduled breaks
- Reliable transportation to the farm location
