Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including lettuce, peppers, and melons
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems) with on-the-job training
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Sort, pack, and grade produce according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in fields and packing facilities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental guidelines
- Participate in team-based harvesting during peak seasons
Qualifications
- No prior agriculture experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, sun, rain)
- Basic English communication skills for team interactions
