Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort premium crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Adhere to all USDA safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Participate in seasonal planting and cultivation activities
- Document daily work progress and yield reports
- Collaborate with crew leads to optimize field operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (foreign citizenship required)
- Minimum 6 months of crop farming experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts during peak seasons
