Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop maintenance
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and water management
- Safely load/unload harvested crops and prepare for transport
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or current legal work authorization
- Minimum 6 months prior farm/agriculture experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license (tractor operation experience preferred)
- Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts during peak season
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
