Responsibilities
- Engage in manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Inspect, sort, grade, and pack agricultural products to meet strict quality standards.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment under the guidance of safety supervisors.
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Load and unload trucks with harvested goods efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and farm regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or hold valid work authorization in the US.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for communication.
