Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and farm equipment safely.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides following strict safety guidelines.
- Inspect fields and crops to identify pests, diseases, or quality issues.
- Load and unload produce and materials using forklifts and hand tools.
- Ensure compliance with all USDA and OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain) for extended hours.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Basic understanding of farming operations and equipment safety protocols.
