Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery, tractors, and farm equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect fields for pests, diseases, and weeds, and apply treatments as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested produce for packaging and transport.
- Work collaboratively with the farm crew to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from farm supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid H2A visa.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for long hours.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture or farm operations is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
