Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Load, unload, and sort produce according to quality and quantity standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions diligently.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess a valid work permit.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for long hours.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
