Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to crop production, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload agricultural products for transport.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the farm.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and facility upkeep.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet seasonal production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (if required).
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of farm machinery and tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
