Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest cotton and grain crops according to seasonal schedules
- Perform field maintenance including soil preparation, pest control, and irrigation management
- Sort, grade, and pack agricultural products to quality standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Assist in crop monitoring and reporting growth conditions
- Participate in team training sessions for equipment operation
- Maintain accurate work logs and production records
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship (non-US citizen)
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
