Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of citrus fruits and seasonal vegetables
- Operate farm equipment (tractors, irrigation systems) with proper training
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Assist in packinghouse operations including sorting and grading
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in crop rotation and soil preparation activities
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture/farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme heat
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Chandler, AZ worksite
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Willingness to commit to full-term contract (8-10 months)
