Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, harvesting, and packing operations
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field hygiene and equipment sanitation protocols
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for market
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and sustainable farming practices
- Participate in seasonal planting and soil preparation tasks
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to participate in our sponsored program
- Minimum 6 months of prior agricultural or farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
- Pass pre-employment physical examination and drug screening
- Willingness to relocate to provided housing during employment period
