Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, planting, harvesting, and sorting
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems) safely

- Work efficiently in diverse weather conditions

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year of agriculture/farming experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
