Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (grapes, almonds, citrus) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, forklifts) with proper training and supervision
- Maintain field cleanliness and organize harvested produce efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment at all times
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and field preparation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications
