Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium vegetables and fruits following quality standards
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest management
- Sort and pack produce according to grade specifications
- Adhere to all USDA safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Previous agricultural/farm work experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
