Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops in accordance with seasonal schedules.
- Operate agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload harvested produce for transport.
- Maintain field cleanliness and perform general farm maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and employer instructions to ensure a productive work environment.
- Work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to obtain or possess a valid H2A visa.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Experience in agriculture, farming, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.
