Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, etc.) provided by the company
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/pest issues to supervisors
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, pruning, and sorting produce
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging operations
- Participate in team-based farming activities as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (foreign worker requirement)
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation training
- Ability to work 40-60 hours weekly in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to follow detailed safety and farming protocols
- Previous agricultural experience preferred but not required
- English language comprehension for team coordination
