Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery such as tractors, harvesters, and planters.
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops efficiently.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained according to safety standards.
- Load and unload produce and materials using forklifts and hand tools.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and farm protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding crop status and field conditions.
- Work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor labor for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or prior experience operating farm equipment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Valid ID or documentation for employment eligibility.
