Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules
- Monitor crop health and apply pest/disease control measures
- Perform field maintenance including irrigation setup and equipment repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize harvest efficiency
- Assist in packing and loading harvested produce
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to operate farm machinery (training provided)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
