Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops using provided equipment
- Operate tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems (training included)
- Maintain farm infrastructure and equipment cleanliness
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/pest issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with packing and sorting of harvested produce
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation activities
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for seasonal agricultural visa
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation
- Willingness to work flexible seasonal schedules
- English proficiency for safety communications
- Previous farm experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to farm location
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
