Our H2A program offers visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates, with orientation and cultural integration support. Work alongside industry experts in state-of-the-art greenhouses and open-field operations. Positions offer 40-50 hours/week with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest organic vegetables (lettuce, kale, peppers, etc.)
- Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management protocols
- Perform quality control inspections and post-harvest handling
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to USDA organic certification standards and food safety protocols
- Assist with greenhouse temperature and humidity control systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial agriculture experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)
- USDA pesticide handler certification preferred
- Experience with drip irrigation systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
