Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (berries, vegetables) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters with proper training
- Maintain field hygiene and safety protocols daily
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance and crop monitoring
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and employer guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain through our sponsorship
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, uneven terrain)
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Previous agriculture experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak season
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
