Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery for planting, irrigation, and harvesting
- Inspect crops for quality and disease prevention
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides per safety protocols
- Assist in packing and processing fresh produce
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA regulations
- Participate in seasonal crop rotations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status required
- Minimum 2 years crop cultivation experience
- Ability to operate tractors and harvesters
