Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop harvesting, planting, and cultivation
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Adhere to safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Work efficiently in all weather conditions during harvest season
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and field inspections
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
- Report crop quality and field conditions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- Reliable transportation to worksite (housing provided)
