Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops according to quality standards
- Operate agricultural machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain farm equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/fertilization needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food handling regulations
- Assist in greenhouse operations and pest management

Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
