Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet potatoes)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform crop maintenance activities including pruning, weeding, and pest control
- Monitor crop quality and report health issues to farm supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of prior farm/agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check
