Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (lettuce, broccoli, spinach)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Perform quality control inspections and sorting of produce
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols
- Maintain field sanitation and equipment cleanliness
- Assist with packing and loading harvested crops
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial agriculture
- Ability to work 10-12 hour days in outdoor conditions
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays during peak season
