Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) for crop cultivation
- Perform manual labor including planting, weeding, and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and report irrigation/fertilization needs
- Adhere to safety protocols for equipment and chemical handling
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic experience with farm equipment or willingness to train
- Ability to work 40-60 hours weekly during peak season
- Reliable transportation to worksite
