Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual crop cultivation, planting, pruning, and harvesting tasks
- Monitor crop health and apply integrated pest management techniques
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist in post-harvest processing and packaging operations
- Maintain accurate production records and daily activity logs
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation planning and implementation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or current legal work authorization
- Minimum 6 months prior commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
