Responsibilities
- Manage H2A visa applications, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate seasonal worker housing, transportation, and meal provisions
- Oversee daily farm operations scheduling and workforce allocation
- Conduct regular farm site visits for quality assurance and worker support
- Maintain accurate payroll records and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with farm managers on harvest planning and labor optimization
- Resolve worker inquiries and ensure workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
- 2+ years H2A program management experience
- Proficiency in DOL and USCIS compliance requirements
- Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Experience with workforce scheduling software (e.g., Agworld, FarmLogs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 1-2 days weekly to remote farm locations
- Knowledge of Texas agricultural practices and seasonal cycles
