Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily agricultural production cycles and planting schedules.
- Operate and maintain heavy agricultural machinery and farm equipment.
- Implement and monitor safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Supervise and train a diverse team of seasonal workers and interns.
- Inspect crops for pests, diseases, and quality issues.
- Coordinate logistics for harvesting, packaging, and delivery of produce.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A non-immigrant status or possess a valid work visa.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial agriculture or farming.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is preferred.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
