Responsibilities
- Harvest Operations: Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of seasonal crops with precision and care.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate tractors, combines, and other agricultural equipment under supervision.
- Packaging & Processing: Perform quality checks and package products according to industry standards.
- Field Maintenance: Maintain field hygiene, remove debris, and ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with crew leads and other team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, H2A guidelines, and company policies while on site.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Documentation: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and possess valid identification.
- Experience: Previous agricultural experience is a plus, but paid training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for transportation to and from fields.
