Responsibilities
- Harvest & Pack: Efficiently harvest and pack fresh produce according to strict quality standards.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate farm equipment including forklifts, tractors, and packing machinery.
- Field Maintenance: Assist in field preparation, irrigation setup, and general farm upkeep.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure only the highest quality goods reach the market.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet daily production quotas.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or hold a valid US work authorization.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, packing, or factory work is highly preferred but not always required.
- Availability: Must be available to work long hours, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
